Cimcoop offers a Request for Quote process through the Website and via direct communication channels. By submitting an RFQ, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • All RFQ submissions are subject to review by Cimcoop's engineering and commercial teams. Submission of an RFQ does not constitute a binding order or contract.
  • Quotes provided by Cimcoop are valid for the period stated in the quotation document. If no validity period is stated, quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue.
  • Any order placed following a quote is subject to acceptance by Cimcoop and will be governed by a separate purchase agreement or order confirmation, which may include additional terms and conditions specific to the transaction.
  • Cimcoop reserves the right to decline any RFQ at its sole discretion.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable export control laws and regulations, including but not limited to ITAR, the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and any applicable EU export control regulations. Customers must not export, re-export, or transfer any products, technical data, or services received from Cimcoop in violation of these regulations.

Cimcoop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if it believes that fulfilling the order would violate applicable export control laws or regulations.
